Returns and Cancellation Policy

If products arrive damaged or incorrect, please email us at printedrebel.shop@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can assist in any way we can.

Cancellations from PRINTED REBEL

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:

• Goods availability
• Errors in the description or prices for goods
• Errors in your order

Order returns/cancellations BY CUSTOMER

Once an item has been shipped cancellations will not be accepted.

Refunds and exchanges are allowed within 7 days of purchase.  The product must be unused and in its original condition.  Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Reshipment of items if ordered with free shipping
If you do not receive your items and it is deemed by Printed Rebel that USPS lost them, we will ship new stickers/bookmarks/greetingcards to you at no cost. Reshipment will only be considered once it has been 12 business days from the time we shipped your original order.
