Shipping Information
Once an order has been shipped, you cannot cancel the order. Please make sure the address is correct, we are not responsible for incorrect delivery or packages that have been stolen.
If a package is lost PrintedRebelShop will file a claim and await respondence from USPS regarding delivery status and conditions.
Stickers, bookmarks, and ereader inserts
Customers can choose their shipping preference. Free shipping via USPS Forever stamp and envelope. This will be marked as complete through PrintedRebel.com with no tracking information available. Upgraded shipping available at additional cost to the customer. This will be marked as complete through Printedrebel.com WITH tracking information available.
Reshipment of items if ordered with free shipping
If you do not receive your items and it is deemed by Printed Rebel that USPS lost them, we will ship new stickers/bookmarks/greetingcards to you at no cost. Reshipment will only be considered once it has been 12 business days from the time we shipped your original order.

Other products
Customers can purchase to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days to deliver) or USPS First-Class Mail aka Ground Advantage (1-5 days to deliver) with an assigned tracking number and insurance.
Pre-Order products
Please read product description to see when the pre-order start and end date are. After we receive and inspect each product, we then will start packing orders in the order in which they were received. Customers can purchase to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days to deliver) or USPS First-Class Mail aka Ground Advantage (1-5 days to deliver) with an assigned tracking number and insurance.
